The activities are generic and can be applied to most subjects. An overview of each activity is provided including how to use it in class and they are grouped according to how they are supposed to be completed (alone, in pairs or groups) and what type of resource is needed to deliver them (exercise book, handout, whiteboard, worksheet, post-it notes). These exercises are great for collaborative learning, self and peer assessment, building higher-order thinking skills and cross-curricular links (especially literacy and numeracy).
